Product details

Runfeng CFRP as the professional customizer of carbon fibre products, could produce the high strength glossy hollow carbon fiber rod with standard modulus or high modulus carbon fibre. We are able to supply the hollow carbon fiber rod with a diameter range of 2mm to 600mm with max length 6000mm.

As for the tube surface, you could choose UD carbon fiber or 3K weave carbon fiber with glossy or matte finish.

All of our glossy hollow carbon fiber rod be manufactured from an internal calibration core equivalent to the inner diameter. We place multiple layers of carbon fabric on it to achieve the required thickness of the hollow rod. Depending on the materials and their configuration and fiber directions, we can offer different designs to better meet all needs for various applications.

The glossy hollow carbon fiber rod shown you can see is hollow inside, upon request we can also produce the carbon tubes in conical, slightly oval, square, rectangular, or hexagonal shapes, with various thicknesses or unique carbon fiber additions.
